🏡 Market Takeaway
Lisbon’s T2 market is split:
- Statistically, the average (€679K) and median (€645K) prices are elevated, driven by premium listings in areas like Campo Grande and Santa Clara.
- But the demand pulse — measured by growth in views — points elsewhere: affordable and mid-market properties (€130K–€300K) dominate the top spots.
👉 In other words: while the headline numbers show a high-priced market, buyers are actively watching more accessible flats, suggesting that real demand sits well below the average.
